Limited edition print can be shipped world wide while my open edition are only available within the UK and EU at this time, but I'm looking for affordable ways to ship my art worldwide, so stay tuned !

When a work of art is part of a limited edition, it means that only a limited amount of prints will be available. Each print comes with a signed certificate of authenticity which provides information about the artwork, the prints, and the number of the edition. When you order a limited edition print, you will be given the lowest edition number available. Once all prints are sold, they will be no longer available in this specific format. Please note that limited edition prints and unique artwork are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Canvas prints are produced within 4 working days, framed canvas can take up to 7 working days. 

See below for an estimate delivery time after production :
UK 2 - 5 working days.
EU 2 - 5 working days.
Rest of the world 5 - 10 working days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return if it damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@arthurtrombetta.com immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we do not accept returns of unwanted items nor items on sales or gift cards.

Once we have investigated the issue, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
